Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ንፁህ | Nitsu Catering website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

ንፁህ | Nitsu Catering provides authentic Ethiopian and Habesha catering services for events in the Seattle, Washington area. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement on menu, pricing, and logistics.

Bookings and Deposits

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may be subject to additional charges.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted based on the agreed menu, guest count, and service level. We accept bank transfers, checks, and major credit cards. Prices may be adjusted for changes in guest count, menu, or service requirements made less than 7 days before the event.

Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate guest counts at least 7 days before the event
• Inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance
• Ensure venue access for setup at the agreed time
• Provide adequate facilities and utilities for food preparation and service

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 14 days of the event may incur a charge of 50% of the total contract value. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur the full contract value.

Liability

ንፁህ | Nitsu Catering is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, venue issues, or supplier failures. Our liability is limited to the total contract value.

Food Safety

We adhere to all local health and food safety regulations. While we take every precaution regarding allergens, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Clients are responsible for informing guests of potential allergens.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
